Tiffany Howard is a Registered Nurse who resides in Little Rock, AR. Tiffany's nursing background includes 8 years of experience with Hospice, Home Health, Behavioral Health, Case Management and Directing Managed Care. Tiffany's Managed Care journey started in 2017 with being the Director of a local Medicare Advantage Plan. During this chapter of Tiffany's career, she realized the urgent need for healthcare consulting. 1st Choice Healthcare Consulting Services was established in April 2021 with plans to grow and service healthcare organizations nationwide.
